- Drivers installed using WSD must be uninstalled from [Devices and Printers], [Printers and Faxes ], or [Printers]. For Windows 10, uninstall from [Settings] > [Devices] > [Printers & scanners] > [Printers].
1. Turn OFF the printer. The printer may not be recognized if you install the printer driver with the printer turned ON. Always turn OFF the power before installing. 2. When the following screen appears, connect the computer and the printer with a USB cable, and turn ON the printer.

15. Click [Start] to begin the installation. 16. Click [Restart] to complete the installation. 17. Congratulations your drivers are installed and you should be able to print, fax , and scan wirelessly depending on your model.
