Before replacing the Toner Cartridge 1. Open the front cover. 2 . Remove the toner cartridge. 3. Shake the toner cartridge 5 or 6 times as shown below to evenly distribute the toner inside the cartridge.

Is the machine installed in the appropriate environment? Store the toner cartridge in an appropriate location for two to three hours, then try printing again. This may solve the problem. If the problem persists, replace the toner cartridge.
