Untitled Document If the low-ink alert has been turned on , the orange ERROR light will flash and tell you which ink tank is low by the number of flashes. You can continue the print job until the ink runs out by pressing the <RESUME> button, but immediate replacement of the ink tank is recommended. Use the printer driver or the printer' s operation panel to reset the low-ink alert after replacing the ink tank.

Methods to Improve Print Speed in Windows On the keyboard, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete. This will bring up the Close Program window. If you have no programs running from your Start menu, all programs displayed are running in the background.

Disconnect data cable and power cord to reset the device
If you've waited until the print, scan or fax (if applicable for your model) job has completed and you are certain there are no more jobs to complete, disconnect the interface (data) cable and power cord to power off the device. If the device powers off, press <ON/OFF> to power the device back on. Reconnect the interface cable (and telephone line cord - if applicable) to the device. Turn on the computer.
