Remove AMD USB Audio Driver Filter if installed
In the environment that AMD USB Audio Driver Filter is installed in Windows Vista (pre-installed in some commercially available PCs), the printing function is not enabled. Some customer may experience that the Push-scan function is not enabled. Please see below for assistance. Important: When trying to perform printing, the message "Collecting printer status." is displayed in the Status Monitor, then the error message "Print data cannot be sent because of the current printer status" follows.

Restrictions on sharing the printer on a Windows network
There are some restrictions on sharing the printer in a network environment.If your computers don't seem to share the printer properly, confirm the following. In order not to display the message on the print server, open 'Server Properties' from the 'File' menu of the 'Printers and Faxes' window (Windows XP) or the 'Printers' windows (Windows 2000), set 'Notify when remote documents are printed' off on the 'Advanced' tab, then restart your computer. If an error occurs when you print from the client, an error message will be displayed on the client and the print server.
