Cleaning the Paper Feed Rollers - S800
|
Paper Feed Roller Cleaning Paper feed roller cleaning begins. The POWER / ERROR lamp blinks green for about one minute while the paper feed rollers are being cleaned. Wait for the lamp to stop blinking.

Using the BJ Print Monitor (Mac OS 9.x)

If you display the BJ Status Monitor, you can check the status of the machine and the progress of a printing job. The status of the machine is displayed in real time and you can track the progress of individual print jobs. The Status Monitor will also tell you if an error has occurred, if ink is running low, and how you should fix problems. If the print job does not complete, it may be necessary to disconnect the printer cable, power the printer off and on, and then reconnect the cable.

In the environment that AMD USB Audio Driver Filter is installed in Windows Vista (pre-installed in some commercially available PCs), the printing function is not enabled. Some customer may experience that the Push-scan function is not enabled. Please see below for assistance. Important: When trying to perform printing, the message "Collecting printer status." is displayed in the Status Monitor, then the error message "Print data cannot be sent because of the current printer status" follows.
