Scan When the 1643 Support Code Appears on the Printer – MAXIFY GX-Series Printers
|
When one or more of the printer’s ink tanks has been identified as having reached the lower limit line on the ink tank, the 1643 support code will appear on your printer. To scan when the printer is in that condition, you should (1) add ink to each ink tank that has reached the lower limit line and then close the printer’s cover, or ( 2 ) press the Stop button on the printer, or (3) scan from an external device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
