During scanning, an unknown error occurs.

If you receive an unknown error while scanning, it may be that the scanner is having trouble communicating with the computer.

Clean the scanning glass and rollers. (2010/2510)

Do not place excessive force on the rollers when removing or reinstalling the rollers. Deformation of the rollers may cause feed errors .
