Telephoto Lens DEFINITION: Lenses between 80 mm and 300mm are considered telephoto lens. An 80mm lens is considered a shot telephoto and a 300mm lens is considered a long telephoto lens.
For hazy sunlight (with weak shadows) use f/11. In cloudy bright conditions (with no shadows) try f/8. On heavily overcast days or in open shade, f / 5.6 is required.
