Locate the Serial Number

The serial number of the MX360 is located inside the printer, as shown below.

1. Open the paper output tray.

2. Lift the scanning unit (cover) and fix it with the scanning unit support (C).

   

3. The serial number is located on a white sticker on a metal plate to the right of the print head carriage inside the printer.
   It starts with four letters and ends with five numbers. Example: ABCD01234

   

4. Lift the scanning unit (cover) slightly (1).

   

5. Fold the scanning unit support (2).

6. Close the scanning unit (cover) gently (3).
