Close the Feeder Cover properly.

Solution

Close the ADF cover correctly - MP750 / MP780

If the ADF cover is not shut properly, the message [CHECK DOCUMENT] will be displayed on the LCD when attempting to copy. Do the following:

  1. Open the ADF cover.



  2. Make sure the paper release lever (green) is pushed all the way down



  3. Close the cover
