Uninstalling Drivers
If the drivers are not working properly, it might help to remove the drivers and install them again. Before you remove the drivers, make sure the following.
-You have the installation software available for installation.
-No application is running on your computer.

Uninstallation in Windows 2000/XP needs to be done by a user with administrator privileges.
- Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
The Main menu appears.
- Click [Install Software].
The [InstallShield Wizard] dialog box appears.
- Select [Remove], then click [Next].

The confirmation message dialog box appears.
- Click [Yes] to start the uninstallation.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the machine.
- Select [Yes, I want to restart my computer now.], then click [Finish].

Your computer will be restarted.

If you restart your computer without disconnecting the machine, the drivers are automatically installed again.
