This article shows how to start a wireless connection of your imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 to a wireless LAN using the WPS Push button method.

Solution

To connect your imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 to a wireless router using the WPS Push button method, please follow the steps below.

  1. From the HOME screen, use the up or down arrows to select LAN settings.  Press the OK button.

  2. Select Wireless LAN setup and press the OK button.

  3. Use the arrows to select WPS (Push button method).  Press the OK button.

  4. When the following message appears, press the OK button.

    Connect to a wireless router supporting the WPS push button method.

    You will be prompted to press the WPS push button on your router. Press and hold this button for a few seconds, then press the OK button on the printer.

    The printer will attempt to connect to the wireless router.

  5. After the printer has connected to the wireless network, press the OK button.
