Change your printer settings

  2. Check and adjust the settings for your operating system.
Larger paper sizes like Letter (8.5"x11") and A4, etc can be selected in the driver for Photo Papers. However, this photo printing function of your model does not support these larger sizes and this error will occur when printing. Use 4"x6" or 5"x7". size paper instead.

    • Glossy Photo Paper, set the paper size to:
      Windows - 4"x 6" (10x15 cm)
      Mac - 4 x 6

    • Envelope, set the paper size to:
      Windows - Envelope Com 10
      Mac - Envelope #10
      Windows/Mac - Envelope DL

    • Glossy Photo Paper, set the paper size to:
      Windows - 4"x 6" (10x15 cm)
      Mac - 4 x 6

  3. Turn the machine back on and restart the print job.
