Description

Printer type becomes [GARO Generic].

Solution

When using the ExtraKit and Mac OS 10.5, the printer type becomes [GARO Generic] even when adding a printer from [Printer and Fax].

This occurs when following the procedure below:

1. Start [Preferences.].

2. Select [Print and Fax].

3. Click the [+] button.

4. Select a printer except Bonjour.

5. Click the [Add] button.

6. Confirm the kind of an added printer. Then it become [GARO Generic].

* This phenomenon occurs by IP connection, AppleTalk and USB connection.

[Solution]

This phenomenon does not occur with Version 3.91. Update to current version.
