The definition of terms Error Code and Support Code are similar, and are therefore interchangeable. Both refer to errors communicated on your printer and/or computer.
Cause
The ink tank cannot be recognized.
Action
Open the operation panel of the printer and replace the ink tank that does not have an indicator light on.
