Cause

Paper loaded crooked was detected when the paper was advanced.

What to Do

Reload the paper (sheets / rolls).

If this error appears again even after reloading the paper roll, reinsert the roll holder so that there is no gap between it and the paper roll.

 If this message continues to appear even after taking the steps above, or if you do not want this message to appear, set Skew detection accuracy in the printer menu to OFF or Loose. However, note that the paper will be printed skewed, which could cause paper jams and abnormal print results, or dirty the platen and the reverse of the next printed sheet.
