Please us a memory card reader to transfer still images from the DC320 to your computer
Solution
The DC320 does not support the transfer of still images saved on the memory card to a computer. Please remove the memory card from the camcorder and insert the card into a MMC/SD compatible memory card reader to copy the image files onto your computer using your standard computer file copy procedures.
