Solution

Caution When resetting the wireless network connection, the initialization will erase all network settings on the printer and printing operation from a computer over network or your IOS® and Android™ devices becomes impossible. Information on how to reset printer setting by operating system is provided below.

Initialize printer settings

To complete a print job with a computer over a network, follow these instructions:

  • To initialize the printer settings, press and hold the Stop button and release it when the error light flashes 21 times.

  • The administrator password specified by IJ Network Tool will return to the default setting.

  • After initializing the printer, perform setup again as necessary.
