Printer error has occurred

There are a couple of reasons for 6000 error to appear. Starting from the top, proceed to the next list item to clear the message.

• An obstruction inside the printer is preventing the ink cartridge carriage from moving.
  Click here to check inside the pinter and remove the paper jam or obstruction.
   
• If there is no obstruction or if removing the obstruction does not clear the error, power the printer off and on.

1. 1. Turn off the printer by pressing the ON button.
      
      
       
   2. Unplug the power cord.
      
      
      
      Important: All faxes stored in the printer's memory will be lost when the power cord is unplugged.
       
   3. Plug the power cord back in and then press the ON button.
       
   4. If powering off the printer and back on does not clear the error, service is required
