Solution

CLEANING FAILED

Problem 1: A paper jam occurred while the fixing unit was being cleaned.

 Action: Clear the paper jam and reload paper.

 "Loading Paper in Multi-Purpose Tray"

Problem 2: The toner became nearly empty while the fixing unit was being cleaned.

 Action: See the following to view the onscreen instructions and fix the problem.
