The images stored on the CompactFlash (CF) card in your camera can be deleted individually or all at once. Protected images cannot be erased with this function. Please note that erased images cannot be recovered.

To delete individual images:

Move the Mode Switch to the Play position (arrowhead).

Images will be displayed full screen. Use the Left or Right button to select the image you wish to delete.

Press the Erase button (icon of trash can).

Use the Left or Right button to select Erase. Press the SET button.

To delete all images:

Move the Mode Switch to the Play position (arrowhead).

Press the MENU button.

Use the Down or Up button to select Erase All. Press the SET button.

A confirmation message will be displayed. Use the Left or Right button to select OK, then press the SET button.

After all desired images have been erased, press the MENU button to exit the Erase option.
