Reseat the Print Head

1. Confirm that the printer is powered on.
   
   
2. Open the top cover and wait until the print head stops moving. 
   
   
3. Remove ink tanks.
   
   
4. Raise the print head lock lever, and remove the print head.
   
   
   
   
5. Re-set the print head into the print head holder and lower the print head lock lever until a click sound is made.
   
   
   
   
6. Insert the ink tanks correctly.
   
   
   
   
   Note:  Verify the ink tanks are seated correctly.
   
   
7. Close the inner cover and top cover.
