Description
Open the paper output tray for printing to start.
Solution
Paper Output Tray
If an error appears before printing starts, check if the paper output tray is closed and then manually open it.
- Check the Paper Output Tray to see if it is closed or partially open.
- Place your fingers on the front slot of the Paper Output Tray and pull it towards you to open the tray.
- Open the Output Tray Extension (3).
- Press the <ON> button to power off the printer.
- Wait up to ten seconds and power the printer back on.
- Attempt to print / copy again.
