Adjusting Volume Settings

  1. Press <Menu>.

  2. Use < > or < > to select [2. COMMON SETTINGS] and then press <Set>.

  3. Use < > or < > to select [2. VOLUME CONTROL] and then press <Set>.

  4. Use < > or < > to select the volume that you want to change.

2.VOLUME CONTROL Adjusts the beep or alarm volume of the machine.
1111.KEYPAD VOLUME Adjusts the volume of keypad tones. 0 to 3 (1)
1112.ALARM VOLUME Adjusts the alarm volume. 0 to 3 (1)
1113.TX DONE TONE Sets the transmission end tone settings.
111111ERROR ONLY The transmission end tone sounds only when any error occurs while printing. 1 to 3 (1)
111111OFF The transmission end tone does not sound.
111111ON The transmission end tone sounds. 1 to 3 (1)
1114.RX DONE TONE Sets the reception end tone settings.
