Common Problems and Solutions

Problem:  The CapturePerfect and CaptureOnTouch plug-ins and Captive Cloud do not function.

Solution:   - Install .NET Framework if it is not already installed.
                 - If you are using Windows Server 2008 R2 / Windows Server 2012 R2, verify that Microsoft .NET Framework is enabled. If .NET Framework is disabled on the operating system, the above applications will not function.
