Aligning the Print Head
When you replace an old BJ cartridge for a new one, you need to align the print head position of the BJ cartridge before printing.
Follow this procedure to align the print head:
1. Press 
.
2. Press 
.
3. Use 
or 
to select ALIGN PRINT HEAD
4. Press 
twice.
The MultiPASS prints the HS pattern.
5. Press again.
6. For the printed B1 pattern, use or to enter the value above the perfectly aligned lines.
7. Press .
8. For the printed B2 pattern, use or to enter the value above the perfectly aligned lines.
9. Press twice.
The MultiPASS prints the HQ pattern.
10. Press again.
11. For the printed B1 pattern, use or to enter the value above the perfectly aligned lines.
12. Press .
13. For the printed B2 pattern, use or to enter the value above the perfectly aligned lines.
14. Press .
15. Press 
to return to standby mode.
