How to remove jammed paper
Pull out the jammed paper slowly from the auto sheet feeder or the back side of the printer, whichever is easier.
If the paper tears and some of it is left in the printer, open the cover and remove the piece of paper. Do not touch the parts of the printer.
If you cannot extract the paper, turn the printer off by pressing the <Power> button, and then turn it back on. The remaining paper will be ejected automatically.
