Solution

Error Flashes on the Printer

Printing has failed due to a problem feeding paper, such as a paper jam or no paper loaded in the tray; or an ink related condition.

  • Check the printer for jammed paper or other obstruction in the paper supply and paper feed path.
  • Ensure the ink cartridges are not empty.

After checking the above conditions, press the <Black> or <Color> button to clear the error and continue printing.
