Find out how to reset the network settings to the factory defaults on the PIXMA TS3120 and TS3122 printers.

Solution

Follow these steps if you want to reset the network settings on your printer to the factory default settings:

  1. Press the Setup   setup icon   button until 11 appears on the printer screen (LCD).

  2. Then, press the Black button or the Color button.

If an error code is flashing on the LCD of your printer, you will need to take appropriate action to resolve the error before you can reset the network settings to the factory defaults.
