| 1. RECEIVE MODE | Sets how the machine receives fax and telephone calls. |
| 111FaxOnly | The machine automatically receives faxes voice calls will then be disconnected. |
| 111FaxTel | The machine automatically switches between fax and voice calls. Fax will be received automatically, and the machine will ring for voice calls. |
| 111AnsMode | The machine receives documents automatically and the answering machine records voice calls. |
| 111DRPD | The machine distinguishes fax and voice calls by using Distinctive Ring Pattern Detection and lets you know if the call is a fax or voice call. |
| 111Manual | The connected telephone rings when the machine receives fax and voice calls. Fax calls must be answered manually. |

| 1111112.TEL NUMBER MARK | You can prefix your number with the abbreviations FAX or TEL in your sender information. |
| 1114.OFFHOOK ALARM | Enables/disables the offhook alarm that alerts you when the handset is not in the handset cradle. |
