Solution

Deleting the Scanner Driver and/or Software (LiDE 25 and LiDE 60)

Note: When uninstalling the scanner driver, be sure to first disconnect the scanner from the computer. These instructions apply to Window and Macintosh except where specified.

  1. Place the CanoScan Setup CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

    Macintosh     Note: If the CanoScan Setup Utility menu does not automatically start, then double-click the icon and then the icon.

  2. When the CanoScan Setup Utility menu appears, click the 'Uninstall' button and then follow the prompts.
