Select [Print] from the application's [File] menu.
Select the device from [Printer].
Select the [General Settings] panel from the pop-up menu of the print dialog box.
If no print options are displayed, click [Show Details] at the bottom of the screen.
Specify a destination.
When entering a new destination
Click [Add Destination] → enter [Fax Number] → click [Add] or [Add Destination].
When selecting from the address book
Click [Address Book] → select a destination → click Add or [Add Groups].
When adding a group as a destination, the numbers set as the highest priorities are displayed in [Edit] > [Edit Distribution List] in [Contacts] or [Address Book] in the operating system.
Select the fax option from the pop-up menu of the print dialog box → set the required items.
Click [Print].
