Mounting and Dismounting the lens hood

The hood guards the front part of the lens against rain, snow, dust and stray light which may cause flare and ghosting
- Screw the hood adapter onto the front of the lens
- Attach the hood to the hood adapter
The hood can be stored in the reversed position
