USB Setup - Windows** Computers

**Instructions in this article are for setup on a Windows computer.  If setting up on a Mac, click here for instructions

Follow the steps below to set up your Windows PC to work with the PIXMA PRO-200 via a USB cable.

 

Download and run the setup file.*

Get the Setup File

  1. Run the setup file and click Start Setup.

    Click Start Setup (outlined in red) to proceed

  1. Read the network security notice and click Next.

    Click Next (outlined in red) to proceed

    The installer will acquire information on the latest driver and software for the printer. This may take several minutes.

  2. Read the license agreement. Select Yes to proceed.  If you click No, the installation will not proceed.

    Click Yes (outlined in red) to proceed

  3. Select Agree or Do Not Agree to the information request.

  4. This message appears if you selected Do not agree. Click OK to proceed.

    Click OK (outlined in red) to proceed

    The installer will process for a few moments. Then, it will check the printer's status.

  5. Select USB Connection, then click OK.

  6. The printer driver will be downloaded and installed. This may take several minutes.

    The MP Drivers will be downloaded and installed

  7. Connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable.

  8. Click Next.

    Click Next (outlined in red) to proceed

  9. Click Continue online. The installer will close.
