To delete information registered for fax recipients and group dials, follow the procedure below.

Make sure the printer is powered on.

Select Fax on the HOME screen.

Select Menu.

Select Directory.
-
Select Add directory entry.

Select the ID number of a recipient or group dial to be deleted.

Select Delete.
-
Select Yes.
