In the search field in the upper-right corner of the webpage, enter the camera model you have.
Select the Drivers & Downloads link under the name of your camera model.
Select the Drivers & Downloads button.
Select your operating system from the drop down menu. Then choose the Select box next to the software you wish to download. this will display more information about the software.
The example belowuses Windows 7 (x64) as an example.
Place a check in the checkbox to agree to the Disclaimer, then select Download to begin the installatiion.
Enter the serial number for your PowerShot camera.
The download should now begin. If the download doesn't begin, select the Download link to start the download.
Navigate to the location on your hard drive you downloaded the file to. Please note that this location is dependent upon the settings of the web browser used to download the files.
Double-click on the file folder you downloaded, then double-click on the .EXE file to begin the installation.
Please select the area in which you live.
Please select the country or region in which you live, then choose Next.
Please select your language.
Select Easy Installation and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation process.
Select Finish to complete the installation.
