The File Size of the Scanned Image is Too Large
The issue you are experiencing can be resolved in two ways:
1. Lower the scanning resolution. The lower the resolution the smaller the file size.
2. Save your scanned images as .JPG . This will compress the file without losing much quality.
Follow these steps to lower the scanning resolution:
1. Start the IS Scan application from the Programs menu.
2. Click the Capture Image icon.
3. Click the Custom button.
4. Select a lower resolution from the Resolution drop down menu.
5. Click OK to register the setting.
