Reset the Access Point or router

Solution

Reset the power to the Access Point or router and try the operation again.

To reset the power:

Note:  If the Access Point or router has a power switch, first switch off the power.

Disconnect the power cord from the Access Point or router.  Wait approximately 30 seconds.  Then reconnect the power cord.  Power on the device if necessary.
