Support Code 1256 Is Displayed

 

Solution

Error Code: 1256

 

Cause:  The paper output tray is closed or it has not opened.

Action:  Confirm that there are no materials preventing the paper output tray from moving and that the paper cassette is inserted properly.

Open the paper output tray, then tap OK on the touch screen.


Important

  • Do not close the paper output tray while the machine is in operation.
