Follow the steps below to remove the paper jam.

If the print output receptacle cover didn't open automatically, press the Print Output Receptacle button on the left side of the print output receptacle to manually open it.

Remove the jammed paper from inside the print output receptacle.

If paper jammed inside of the printer can be seen either at the front where the paper is first cycled and rotated or in the paper output receptacle, attempt to remove the paper from there.
- If the paper can't be removed from the front or from the paper output receptacle, open the ink/paper cartridge compartment cover and remove the integrated ink and paper cassette. Remove the jammed paper if possible.
