Cause

Feed slot cover is open or the rear tray paper settings are incomplete.

 

What to Do

If the feed slot cover is open, close it.

Close the feed slot cover as shown

Press the printer's OK button.

If the screen similar to the following is displayed on the printer's LCD, the rear tray paper settings are incomplete.

If the paper loaded in the rear tray matches the paper information displayed on the printer's LCD, press the printer's OK button.

If it is different, register the correct paper information.
