How to Perform Print Head Cleanings

If colors are missing or no ink is being printed on the paper, the print head nozzles may be clogged. Follow the steps below to perform print head cleaning.

  1. Make sure printer is turned on.

  2. Press and hold the RESUME button for at least two seconds until the printer beeps twice.

  3. The POWER light will blink for several seconds while the print head is being cleaned.

If three print head cleanings do not correct the issue, you may need to replace the BC ink cartridge.
