Windows 7 Support

The drivers and software that support Windows 7 and general installation instructions are shown below.

Note:

1. Products not listed below will not be supported in Windows 7.
2. It is recommended to uninstall the drivers and software prior to upgrading to Windows 7. Once the drivers and software are uninstalled, download and install the driver.

In addition to downloading the MP Drivers for Windows 7, it is recommended to download the following software.

• MP Toolbox -
  MP Toolbox is an application that enables you to easily scan photos and documents. Not supported on Windows 7 64-bit.
  
   
• MP Navigator / MP Navigator EX -
  MP Navigator EX is an application that enables you to easily scan photos and documents. It is suitable even for beginners.
   
• IJ Network Tool -
  The Canon IJ Network Tool is a utility that enables you to display and modify the machine network settings.
   
• Easy-PhotoPrint EX -
  Easy-PhotoPrint EX allows you to create albums, calendars and stickers easily using photos taken with digital cameras.
  You can also print borderless photos easily.
   
• Easy-WebPrint EX -
  Easy-WebPrint EX provides quick and easy printing of web pages for Internet Explorer.
  You can print web pages automatically resized to fit the paper width without cutting off the sides of pages, or preview and select the desired web pages to print.
   
• My Printer -
  With My Printer, you can display the printer driver setup window. It also provides you with the information on how to take an action when you have trouble with the operation.
   
• Solution Menu -
  Solution Menu is a menu window that provides quick access from your desktop to Canon applications, manuals, and online product information.
   
• Adobe RGB -
  Adobe RGB and sRGB are popularly used as common color spaces. Adobe RGB has a wider color space than sRGB.

Download:

1. Download the file (and applicable software) from our Product Support page.
    
2. Double-click the file from its download location, and the installation will begin automatically.
    
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the installation.
