Your printer can't continue printing without ink, so simply cancel any exhisting printe job and replace the ink tank.  Once this is complete you should be ready to start printing again.

 Don't remove an ink tank until a new one is ready to install. Once you remove an ink tank you can't reinstall it. A new ink tank is required for the printer to operate.
