Solution

Unable to Update Driver, Driver is Currently Being Used

Unable to Update Driver, Driver is Currently Being Used.

Symptoms:

While loading the driver you receive a message that states: "Unable to Update Driver, Driver is Currently Being Used By Windows"

Cause:

Windows uses the file(s) CTL3D.DLL and/or CTL3DV2.DLL These files are located in the Windows/System directory. During Driver installation, the BJC-210 is trying to load this file(s) therefore causing this error.

Solution:

Rename the file(s) CTL3D.DLL to CTL3D.OLD and CTL3DV2.DLL to CTL3DV2.OLD. Restart Windows. Then load the driver.
