In certain circumstances, such as restoring network connectivity or having power issues, a power cycle / hard reset of the printer may be needed during troubleshooting.  Here's how to power cycle the printer.

1. Press the printer ON button to power off the printer.

2. Wait 10 seconds, then press the ON button to power the printer back on.
