When a printer error occurs, the light on the front of your printer flashes orange as shown below. Five flashes means the print head is not installed or is defective.
The light flashes (A), then goes off (B) (this repeats 5 times).
Fix the error
Follow the steps below to correct the issue:

Install the print head by following the directions in your user's manual.

If the print head is already installed, remove, then reinstall it.
