Basic Copying Method
This section describes the basic procedure for copying.
1. Place originals on the platen glass or load them in the feeder.
* Up to 50 documents can be loaded in the feeder. The 51st and subsequent documents are not scanned.
2. Press [ 
].
3. Specify the copy settings as needed.
The settings that are specified here apply only to copy operation for which you are currently performing.
4. If you make a mistake when entering a copy quantity, press [ 
] (Clear).
5. Press [ 
] (Color) or [ 
] (B & W).
- For color copy,
press [ ] (Color).
- For black and white copy,
press [ ] (B & W).
Copying starts.
note:
When the message <Memory is full. Scanning canceled. Print?> appears, select whether you print all the documents which were able to be scanned or whether you cancel the job.
important:
When copying a document with no margins by the image, some areas around the copy image may be cut off. For the size of missing width, see image missing width in the specifications.
