Cause

Feed slot cover is open or rear tray paper settings are incomplete.
 

What to Do

If the feed slot cover is open, close it and select OK on the printer's touch screen.

If screen below is displayed, the rear tray paper settings are incomplete.

 

Select Yes on the touch screen to finish setting the rear tray paper settings.
