Solution

When you see one of the following error codes, try the solution below to resolve the issue.

  • 5B02, 5B03, 5B04, 5B05, 5B12, 5B13, 5B14, 5B15

  • 5011, 5012

  • 5040

  • 5200

  • 5400

  • 6000

  • 6800, 6801


Clear the error

To resolve the error:

  1. Turn OFF the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord.

  3. Wait about 10 seconds.

  4. Plug the power cord back in.

  5. Turn the printer back ON.
